Our company is located in the hills of Brisighella, where olive trees varieties mostly cultivated are the Nostrana of Brisighella (local variety),  followed by Frantoio and Leccino.

The olive oil we produce in our company is the result of an olive harvest done at the right point of ripeness. The olives are hand picked and pressed by cold pressing within 24 hours from collection.

Our company promotes the famous “Dark Artichoke from Brisighella” (Carciofo Moretto di Brisighella), a special variety of artichoke, really tender and savoury.

The “Moretto” is a unique rustic variety of artichoke, that have not been touched by  genetic interventions. During the time, this has allowed us keeping unchanged its original features and aromas.
