Fruit and vegetable preserves
Our jams and pickles (vegetables in oil) are made with fruit and vegetables picked ripe and processed fresh, in order to preserve their colour and flavour.
These products come from the genuine country tradition and are made without preservatives and dyes.

Marroni cream: Special Marroni chestnuts, sugar, rum, vanilla

Oil
Shallot in oil: shallots, white wine vinegar, sunflower oil, olive oil, salt.
Grilled zucchini in olive oil: white zucchini, sunflower oil, olive oil, white wine vinegar, salt.
Cauliflower in oil: Cauliflower, sunflower oil, olive oil, white wine vinegar, salt and pepper.
Dark artichoke in oil: Dark Artichoke, sunflower oil, olive oil, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, salt.
Dark artichoke cream: Dark Artichoke, artichokes, olive oil, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, salt, thyme, green pepper.
Dark artichoke capriccio: Dark Artichoke, artichokes, peppers, olive oil, white wine vinegar, salt, parsley.
Chopped eggplant in olive oil: eggplant, white wine vinegar, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt.
