Our company is located in the hills of Brisighella, where olive trees varieties mostly cultivated are the Nostrana of Brisighella (local variety), followed by Frantoio and Leccino.
The olive oil we produce in our company is the result of an olive harvest done at the right point of ripeness. The olives are hand picked and pressed by cold pressing within 24 hours from collection.
The oil is not filtered, to preserve its properties and the simplicity of product. Our oil is packaged in a brown glass bottle, that allows the proper storage in the dark.
